What camera do you use?

I use a Canon 5D Mark II.  I generally shoot with a 35mm f/2 lens (sometimes a 50mm f/1.8), and I edit my photos in Photoshop.

Do you read other food blogs?

Yes!  They're wonderful and amazing, but they make me hungry.  You can find some of my favourites on my links page.

Please feel free to get in touch should you have any questions, or if you'd just like say hi!

What version of Photoshop do you use? I've been meaning to invest for a while now, but I have no idea where to start! I know that some are pricier than others, but the quality of the photos is beyond outstanding. Very tempting! You are definitely a born baker :)

I've edited everything so far in Photoshop CS3. I've been debating giving in and getting the updated CS6 for a while... But haven't been brave enough yet as it's so expensive! Thank you very much. It's definitely been a process of trial and error. The one thing that I've learnt that's helped me more than anything is the importance of natural light! It changed everything in my photography for the better. :)

You guys might want to check out Creative Cloud - My company pays for the full suite for me through it (I'm a designer). You can download the licence on two computers but alas as I have an iMac and a macbook in the office I can't cheekily download it at home too... It's generally about £17 per month for a single app (you're tied into a years contract which is a bit of a ball ache if you're unsure about it, but it doesn't break the bank especially when it comes to upgrading - you don't have to pay anything extra for that.) but they seem to be doing a bundle of photoshop and lightroom for about £8 a month for the two, which is fantastic esp when they're still selling photoshop on its own for £17! I switched over to that and don't even use lightroom. Hope that helps.
(ps are we all called Tash?!)
Happy New Year!
