3 INGREDIENT NUTELLA-FILLED COOKIES
Yield: 12 cookies Time: 25 minutes
280g (1 cup) Nutella
150g (1 cup) plain (all-purpose) flour, sifted
1 large egg (70g)
a jar of chilled Nutella (you won't need all of it)
Heat the oven to 170C fan / 180C.
Line two baking trays with baking paper.
- Mix together the Nutella and egg, then add the flour until fully incorporated. It will form quite a thick mixture.
- Smooth a teaspoonful of mixture into a flat disc in the palm of your hand. Place flat on the baking sheet, and top with a teaspoon of chilled Nutella. Smooth another teaspoonful of mixture into a disc and place over the top, sealing the edges down together with your fingers so the Nutella can't escape! Repeat until you've used up all your mixture.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack. Best eaten warm!
